Love this! All the faves accounted for! We discover this gem on the way to our causeway bike day (an integral part of our annual Grand Isle State Park camping weekend). Best grilled cheese sandwiches - YUM! https://www.facebook.com/thehivecafevt/

This is exciting—I now have a nature-laden getaway to plan. Fridge bride? Sign me up.

Also, let us know how sledding down the pizza roof goes.

Thank you for sharing these!

I was up in the Burlington area a few weeks back and caught a glimpse of Rock Point from a sunset cruise we took on Champlain. I was hoping to take the Rock Point Trail the next day as the cliffs were spectacular from the water but we opted to climb 'Snake Mountain' in Addison instead. If you haven't climbed this mountain (also called 'Grand View Mountain' - more on that comin' up), oh, do! For such a short and super-easy climb, the view from the top was second-to-none. It turned out to be the highlight of our trip.

Ryan - thanks for the shout out of the bike ferry (I work there). Next time you are in South Hero check out the small stone castles on various properties. They’re super fun to hunt down and quite interesting!

Part 2 gotta include the forest filled with birdhouses and dinosaur sculptures just past the end of the bike path on South Hero!
